Paid applications now offered for Google Android cell phones
Google announced today that paid applications are coming to the Android marketplace. This is a long-awaited move by developers (who need to make money to develop quality applications) and customers (who want high-quality applications).
Mashable says developers can set their own pricing when submitting, with Google taking a 30 percent transaction fee.
